Puerto Vallarta

Free delivery within 24 business hours on orders of MXN $2,000 pesos or more. Smaller orders incur an MXN $150 delivery fee.

You can also order and request a specific delivery date at check-out.

Other Areas of Mexico

We ship to all of Mexico. Delivery costs and times are:

  • Metropolitan areas – delivery 1-3 business days, flat shipping cost of $250 for any number of bottles
  • Extended zone areas – delivery in 4-7 business days, flat shipping cost of $450 for any number of bottles

Your shipping fee will be added at checkout.

Nuevo Vallarta

Free delivery within 24 business hours on orders of MXN $4,000 pesos or more. Smaller orders incur an MXN $300 delivery fee.

You can also order and request a specific delivery date at check-out.

Deliveries to these areas are Mondays through Fridays. Orders placed between Friday at 12pm and Sunday night will be delivered on Monday.

Punta Mita, Sayulita & San Pancho

Free delivery within 24 business hours on orders of MXN $6,000 pesos or more. Smaller orders incur an MXN $600 delivery fee.

You can also order and request a specific delivery date at check-out.

Deliveries to these areas are Mondays through Fridays. Orders placed between Friday at 12pm and Sunday night will be delivered on Monday.

Bucerias and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle

Free delivery within 24 business hours on orders of MXN $6,000 pesos or more. Smaller orders incur an MXN $400 delivery fee.

Return & Exchange Policy

Puerto Vallarta: we don’t offer any exchange or refunds once the wines have been delivered.

Other areas of Mexico: wines can’t be exchanged or refunded once they have been shipped.

Faulty wines and or broken bottles: all our shipments are 100% insured. In case your bottles arrive broken, we’ll issue you a refund or ship you another package to replace the broken bottles.

Can I request a factura 

Yes, we’ll be happy to issue a factura for any order placed within the current month. Email [email protected] your request.
