Deliveries are Mondays through Fridays. Orders placed between Friday at 12pm and Sunday night will be delivered on Monday.

Other Areas of Mexico

We ship to all of Mexico. Estimated delivery times are:

  • 1-3 business in Metropolitan areas
  • 3-5 business days in extended zone areas

We charge a flat fee of $200 Mexican pesos for shipping and handling.

There is no express shipping for wine in Mexico.

We do not ship to the United States or Canada.

*Please note that we use a third party shipping company such as FedEx, Paquetexpress or DHL depending on area coverage and we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

Return & Exchange Policy

Puerto Vallarta: we don’t offer any exchange or refunds once the wines have been delivered.

Other areas of Mexico: wines can’t be exchanged or refunded once they have been shipped.

Faulty wines and or broken bottles: all our shipments are 100% insured. In case your bottles arrive broken, we’ll issue you a refund or ship you another package to replace the broken bottles.

Can I request a factura 

Yes, we’ll be happy to issue a factura for any order placed within the current month. Email [email protected] your request.
