We ship to all areas of Mexico utilizing reliable shipping partners.
Shipping fees are calculated during the checkout process, taking into account the shipping destination and the quantity of bottles in the order. Estimated delivery times typically range from 1 to 4 business days for metropolitan regions and 4 to 7 days for remote areas within Mexico.
It’s important to note that our shipping services are limited to areas covered by the shipping companies in Mexico, and we do not offer shipping to locations outside of Mexico, including the United States or Canada.
We offer local delivery within 24 business hours in the Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit areas. The delivery cost will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the order amount.
We ship all orders within 24 business hours, and we strive to provide clear information about the estimated delivery time at our checkout page.
However, please be aware that shipping companies may experience delivery delays, especially during Local Holiday dates (long weekends) or periods of high shipment volumes (Black Friday, Buen Fin, Christmas).
If you encounter an unusual delay in the delivery of your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will promptly communicate with the shipping company to expedite the delivery.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or credits for delivery delays of less than 5 business days.
Our shipping process involves using a shipping company that allows for three delivery attempts per package. In the event of unsuccessful delivery after three attempts, the package will be held at the nearest shipping company warehouse to the specified shipping address for a period of 7 days for customer pickup.
Should the package remain unclaimed beyond the 7-day period following the third delivery attempt, the shipping company will return it to Uncork Mexico, resulting in a shipping fee charged to our account.
In the instance of a package being returned to us due to three unsuccessful delivery attempts, re-shipment of the wine can be facilitated upon payment of a re-shipping fee. This fee encompasses the expenses associated with recovering the package and arranging its re-dispatch to your provided address.
Our meticulous packing procedures ensure the safe delivery of your wines in optimal condition. In the rare event of receiving a shipment with damaged or broken bottles, kindly notify us promptly by emailing [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photographic evidence for efficient processing of your request.
We’ll address the issue by either dispatching a replacement bottle or refunding the damaged item.
URGENT: Refund requests for broken bottles must be submitted within 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY.
For damaged or broken bottles, refund requests can only be accommodated if reported within 24 hours of delivery. This timeframe is crucial for us to engage the shipping companies and ensure accountability for the issue.
Unfortunately, failure to notify us within the stipulated 24-hour timeframe will regrettably preclude us from providing credit or refund options.
