Camembert is a soft, creamy cheese similar to the Brie, just slightly creamier and more aromatic. It’s a cheese to be enjoyed young. Take it off the refrigerator and allow it to “breathe” for 30-45 minutes before serving.
Good to have it with: sparkling wines, high acidity white wines such Sauvignon blanc and Riesling and dry rosé wines.
