A different take on the classic Spanish Manchego. This manchego is made with 3 different kinds of milk, which gives it extra creaminess and density. An incredibly rich cheese!

Wines to pair it with: go for red wines with medium to full body. A tempranillo with some 6+ months of oak ageing, a Mexican Nebbiolo or a Syrah will go perfectly with this cheese
