How do you select the wines?
You’ll be able to write your wine preferences in the notes section at check-out. Once we receive your order, we’ll review it and contact you by phone to go over the details for your first shipment.
We’ll email you each month before shipping your new package to get feedback and access what you’d like to drink on that month.
Do you ship my wine subscription anywhere in Mexico?
Yes, we can ship your wines anywhere in Mexico. Your package will be shipped within 24 hours of purchase and the estimated delivery time is 1-4 days.
If you’re in Puerto Vallarta, your package will be delivered within 24 business hours.
How do I cancel the wine subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time without any penalty fees. You can simply log in to your account and cancel, or email us the cancelation request.
Can I choose the type of wines in the wine subscription?
Yes, the subscription is fully tailored to your taste. You can pick the type of wines, and mix and match as much as you’d like.
