You’ll taste/smell: VERY aromatic, with lots of almond, sourdough, and cashew nuts notes. Soft herbs. Underneath is also a layer of fruity notes (grapes, peach, melon). A very light hint of wood as well. On the palate, it has pleasant hints of flor and brine, a zesty side (grapefruit zest, bitter almonds), and lots of herbal/grassy notes. The fruitiness is still there, with some firm acidity, which makes it seem a little less dry than a Fino de Jerez.

Good to have it with: by itself as an aperitif, or with jamon serrano
