Wine Details: Pouya Wines Chenin Blanc “Vino Naranja”
Alcohol Grade: 11%
Aging/ Vinification: Minimal intervention wine, without corrections or additions. Early harvest to maintain freshness and acidity, and produce a low-alcohol wine. The grapes are destemmed and fermentation is carried out with skin and seed contact at low temperatures, with light pumping twice a day.
Post-fermentation maceration was performed for an extra ten days (twenty-four days of skin contact total). The wine was pressed and then aged in neutral French oak barrels for 5 months sur lees
No filtering or stabilization was performed. Wine clarification was achieved by dropping the temperature a few weeks before bottling.
