You’ll taste/smell: powerful dry blend with notes on the nose of ripe black fruit, cacao, tobacco and subtle tar; it is on the palate that you discover a fine structured wine with smooth tannins and a long persistent finish.Â
Dark garnet color with ruby highlights. Very concentrated aromas where Syrah dominates; ripe dark fruit, a subtle tar, leather and a fresh note reminiscent of eucalyptus. The palate is a powerful dry red with fine defined tannins, with a pleasant lingering finish.
Good to have it with: grilled meats, pork, cabrito or tuétano (bone marrow) tacos, very north Mexico cuisine.
