You’ll taste/smell: the wine was produced naturally, undergoing fermentation with wild yeast and 30-day maceration with the skins. It was then aged for 9 months in old French oak barrels.

Good to have it with: go with simple flavors to let the wine shine. Grilled portobello mushrooms, mushroom risotto or simple Parmigiano cheese would be good options

Best to have it: 57-60ºF, 14-16ºC
