Good to have it with: serve with steak, beef wellington, roasts or lamb. It will also pair fantastic with a simple Philly cheesesteak sandwich, sausage or hamburgers.

Illats city, located in the south of the city of Bordeaux. This vineyard of an area of 30 ha is in the heart of “Graves” area in
Bordeaux. It offers a gravel terroir with a clay-limestone sub-soil. The 2009 vintage, being an exceptional year for the great vineyard of Bordeaux. It has a 12-month rest in French oak barrels with renewal of a third of new barrels every year.
