The Winery: Vinos Encinillas
Encinillas wines are produced in the old town of La Hacienda de Encinillas, located next to the tercentenary Camino Real -recently declared a World Heritage Site-, a trail of wheels and footprints that connected Mexico City with Santa Fe, New Mexico, still today a present vestige that keeps us attentive to its history.
The terroir enjoyed by the Encinillas Valley is defined by the gravel-clay soil of the vineyard and the favorable climatic conditions that occur at an altitude of 1,560 meters. In this way, a unique quality is achieved in the grape, which allows the production of exceptional wines of great distinction.
Vineyards have organic and sustainable farming practices.
