Vinification: Primary fermentation for 12 days in stainless steel tanks at temperatures between 16.7 and 22.6 degrees Celsius, to preserve primary aromas and achieve a wine with medium tannic extraction.
Malolactic fermentation in second and third use French and American oak barrels. Aging in oak barrels for 12 months.

A family-owned Valle de Guadalupe winery founded in 2014.
The vineyard has been converted to organic and sustainable farming in 2016 and is currently planted with Nebbiolo, Mourvedre, Montepulciano, Aglianico, Syrah, Grenache, and Sauvignon Blanc vines.
The winemakers Veronica Santiago and Nathaniel Malagón combine organic agricultural practices with a minimal intervention approach in the cellar to express a sense of place in each of their wines.
