Wine Notes: alicante bouschet is also known as garnacha tintorera (alicante noir) and it’s super fruit forward similar to Zinfandel and Shiraz. The nose is full of ripe black fruit and some floral notes of coffee and chocolate, in the mouth is powerful, fresh with firm tannins and a long finish.

Good to have it with: a western bacon burger, bacon and barbecue burger will pair nicely or chicken teriyaki.

Vinification/ Aging: The maceration was long and intense. This wine ages six months in American oak barrels.
Alcohol Grade: 15.5%
Aging potential: It can be drunk now stored for 4 to 6 years after bottling, as long as the storage conditions are suitable.
