Wine Details
Vinification/ Aging: Hand-picked grapes are unloaded and immediately destemmed and crushed. The grape maceration takes place for 48h after the fermentation occurs in vats at controlled temperature of 24ºC. This wine age twelve months in new French oak barrels, after bottled it aged in the cellar for 8 months.
Alcohol Grade: 15%
Best to have it: 16-18ºC
