Grape:Â Syrah, TempranilloÂ
Region: San Antonio de la Minas, Guadalupe and Santo Tomás Valley, Mexico
You’ll taste/smell: Delicious and vibrant fresh berries aroma, it’s a deep red with full-body. It has the roundness of a Tempranillo but the velvety and spicy qualities of a Syrah. Perfect to enjoy with friends and a nice dinner.
With an open personality, it combines finesse and presence. Bright red garnet, with bluish edges. Aromas of red fruits, cherry, blackberry, vanilla, floral notes, and minerals. Wine of great concentration and body. Fine tannins, long finish.
Good to have it with: Charbroiled red meat cuts, lamb chops, sharp cheeses like a cheddar or aged gouda on a nice cold cuts and cheese board
