You’ll taste/smell: fresh rosé with great acidity making it just about right in sweetness. Very pleasant to drink very cold with nice alcohol balance too. Clean, brilliant pale salmon in color. Balanced and pleasant notes of apricot, watermelon and strawberries notes in nose, translating delicately into the palate with just the right acidity.
Good to have it with: fish tacos, fresh oysters, smoked marlin tostada, ceviche tostadas by the pool
