Cava Urias Eco Rosado Valle de Guadalupe 2021

MXN $470

Grape: 65% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon

Region: Guadalupe Valley, Baja California, Mexico

You’ll taste/smell: super light fizziness on bottle that goes away after pouring. Aromatic and fruity nose with peach, white pear and strawberries that mirror on palate. Refreshing and well-balanced acidity, truly a beautiful mexican dry rosé.

Good to have it with: pretty great as a starter, with fish and chips.
