You’ll taste/smell: super light fizziness on bottle that goes away after pouring. Aromatic and fruity nose with peach, white pear and strawberries that mirror on palate. Refreshing and well-balanced acidity, truly a beautiful mexican dry rosé.
Good to have it with: pretty great as a starter, with fish and chips.

The Winery: Cava Urias
Small personal project from the young talented oenologist Felipe Urias. Felipe Urias after finishing his studies of oenology in the Universidad Autónoma Baja California he went to work at Hugo D’Acosta’s “escuelita” in 2013. His love for winemaking took him to work in prestigious wineries like Baron Balché and MD Vinos in Baja. In 2016 he made his first wine and 2018 saw his first wine release.
