Alcohol Grade: 11.5%
Aging/ Vinification: 24 hours maceration with skins then the refermentation takes place with the addition of must deriving from grapes harvested during the late harvest which takes place in October. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered, with no added sulfites.
Best to have it: 7-11ºC.

Sete (Italian for “Thirst”) is a small three person crew out of the Amaseno Valley, about an hour out of Rome, set up in 2013.
Emiliano Giorgi, Arcangelo Galuppi and Martina D’alessio are endeavouring to revive old local vineyards left to rack and ruin during an economic downturn in their region. Young heads servicing old vines, making wines without any additions in the vineyard or the cellar.
