Zarro “Vermut de Madrid” ALCOHOL FREE 1 Litro

MXN $680

Produced with: Handcrafted by Bodegas Sanviver since 1968, this vermouth is made by macerating a secret blend of herbs in oak barrels, using Madrid wine as its base.

Region: Madrid, Spain

You’ll taste/smell: mahogany hue in color with orange highlights and offers intense aromas of dried herbs, candied fruits, and subtle floral notes. On the palate, it is robust and flavorful, balancing sweetness with fine bitter undertones, leading to a long, persistent finish. This is a classic, easy vermut, very much like the grifo style vermut you would find in any Madrid bar.

Good to have it with: pairs well with olives, cured meats, nuts, and pickles, and can be enjoyed neat, over ice, or as a base for classic cocktails.

Vermouth once opened, can be refrigerated and last up to 2-3 months.
