The Winery: Domaine François d’Allaines
The François d’Allaines house has been established since 1996 in Demigny, a few kilometers from Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet. Very close to this mythical coast where the greatest dry white wines in the world are produced.
A few partners who love fine wines have given themselves the means to vinify wines from the best terroirs of Côte de Beaune, Côte Châlonnaise and Mâconnais.
Established for 30 years in the heart of the Côte D’Or, close to Meursault and Puligny Montrachet, François, has been characterized by producing wines faithful to its concept: ripe grapes and long periods of aging in barrels without batonnage to demonstrate the fineness and complexity of the Bourgogne terroir.
