Ficomontanino ‘Zacinta Revi’ Bianco Toscana IGT 2024

MXN $685

Grapes: Verdelho 50% and Procanico 50%

Region: Tuscany, Italy

You’ll taste/smell: From the chalky-clay hills around Chiusi in Tuscany, Zacinta Revi is a bright white with just a hint of texture. A few days of skin contact add subtle grip and depth, landing it perfectly between crisp and expressive while letting the vineyard’s energy shine through. Fresh citrus, musky florals, and a clean mineral edge lead to a lively, mouthwatering finish. Minimal intervention keeps it pure, vibrant, and dangerously easy to drink.

Good to have it with: Lemon & herb pasta with olive oil or Grilled white fish with garlic and parsley

Wine Details – Ficomontanino ‘Zacinta Revi’ Bianco Toscana IGT

Aging/ Vinification: Grown on clay and chalk soils, the Verdello was recently planted in 2018, while the Procanico was regrafted onto the Petit Verdot after a careful selection process. The grapes are hand- harvested.

They use a direct press for the Verdello and 2 days of maceration for the Procanico. The wine is then fermented in steel tanks and aged in stainless vats for approximately 7 months. The grapes are grown organically.

Alcohol Grade: 12%
Size: 750 ml

The Producer: Agricola Ficomontanino

Agricola Ficomontanino sits in the hills near the ancient town of Chiusi, where Tuscany, Lazio, and Umbria meet. Once an olive farm and horse retreat, the estate revealed traces of ancient terraced vineyards hidden in the landscape — inspiring the Gianelli family to bring vines back to life on this historic land. Today, winemaker Maria Sole Gianelli leads the project, shaping expressive wines that reflect the quiet energy of this lesser-known corner of Italy.

Guided by her studies in natural and biodynamic farming, Maria Sole works in harmony with the land, following lunar cycles and using gentle, low-impact methods in both vineyard and cellar. The result is a small, thoughtful collection of wines that feel deeply connected to their place — vibrant, honest, and full of character.
