Pierpaolo Pecorari, alongside his son Alessandro, oversees 30 hectares of vineyards in prime locations such as Kolaus, Olivers, and Soris. Cultivating varietals like Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso, Merlot, Friulano, and others, the winery has embraced organic certification since 2007. It crafts wines across three distinct lines: “Varietale”, “Altis”, and “Riserve”, featuring acclaimed selections such as “Altis Pinot Bianco” and “Kolaus Sauvignon”.
This progression mirrors the broader narrative of viticulture’s return to its roots while adopting a pioneering approach to quality, marking a new chapter that began with the renewal of vineyards in the very areas now celebrated in their premium wines.
