This wine is a great example of Maria Pato’s rebellious spirit. She takes the grapes her family has cultivated for generations and transforms them into something informal and unpretentious.
Fresh and textured, with flavors of pear and lychee, citrus peel, white flowers, and crushed stones. The aromas of Bical are restrained and elegant, with a floral touch reminiscent of white peach. It has a very low alcohol level that is always appreciated, and it is completely dry. Be careful—this wine is extremely easy to drink!
