The Pinson family has been making wine in Chablis since 1640, and their parcel in Le Clos—the most celebrated of all the Grand Crus—sits on pure, steep Kimmeridgian limestone packed with ancient fossilized oyster shells.

Racy green apple, white peach, and crushed oyster shell lead the nose, accompanied by subtle lime blossom and a touch of warm brioche. The palate is intensely concentrated and focused, driving through with laser-sharp acidity, a weightless chalky texture, and a long, saline finish that lingers for minutes.
