Refund policy

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at hola@uncorkmexico.com as soon as possible. We can cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped (for nationwide deliveries) or delivered (for local deliveries within Mexico City).

Once an order has been shipped or delivered, it is no longer eligible for cancellation, modification, or a refund.
