A crisp, volcanic white from Mount Etna's high-altitude Contrada Santo Spirito. It opens with vibrant aromas of yellow apple, white peach, and citrus blossom, grounded by crushed flint and a cool, smoky minerality. The palate is electric and beautifully textured from fine lees aging, delivering juicy orchard fruit wrapped in saline acidity and a long, dry, chalky finish.
