This orange wine is made from old vines and spends about four months on the skins, which gives it a beautiful deep amber color. It has a really fragrant nose, full of dried orange peel, orchard flowers, and wild herbs. You can definitely pick up on a chalky, mineral quality that comes straight from the volcanic soil where the grapes are grown.

On the palate, it’s layered and flavorful but stays very drinkable. You’ll find those same notes of dried citrus and herbs, along with a gentle tannic grip that gives the wine some nice structure. It’s a complex, well-balanced wine that shows a lot of character without being too heavy.
