Description
The artisanal process begins with the selection of the raw material: relying on small local producers with healthy crops and free of harmful products. Each product process is carried out in an artisanal ways: extraction of natural pectin, maceration and cooking in optimal hygiene conditions.
Finally, the packaging and labeling of each product in an individual is made without adhesives and with biodegradable materials: FSC certified papers, fiber and vegetable inks as well as glass grade containers food to promote RRR culture.
