Founded in 1892 in Canelli, Piedmont, Coppo Winery is one of Italy’s oldest family-run wineries with over a century of heritage. Its historic UNESCO-listed underground cellars span five thousand square meters and reach depths of forty meters, highlighting its storied past.
Coppo wines are known for their elegance and longevity, focusing on Barbera, Metodo Classico sparkling wines, Chardonnay, and Moscato d’Asti. They were pioneers in elevating Barbera in the 1980s and continue to excel with labels like Barbera d’Asti DOCG Pomorosso and Moscato d’Asti “Canelli”. Monteriolo, a distinguished Chardonnay, exemplifies their commitment to quality and can age for over twenty years.
Dedicated to sustainable practices, Coppo respects grape varieties and the environment throughout production, blending tradition with innovation.
