Wine Details
Vineyards located in the Tupungato region (average 1,200 meters above sea level). The soils are mainly rocky, with the presence of coarse sand, silt, and limestone. High drainage capacity. The climate is continental, cold, and dry.
Alcohol Grade: 13%
Aging/ Vinification: Hand-harvested during the first week of April. After destemming, the grapes were cooled in stainless steel tanks at 7°C for 48 hours. Fermentation with selected yeasts lasted 9 days. Aging for 7 months in second use French Oak Barrels
Best to have it: 14-16ºC
