Aging/ Vinification: Different development stages follow the traditional method : pressing, first fermentation, fermentation in bottle for the 2nd fermentation, maturing, riddling, disgorging and filtration.
During 12 months at least, bottles are stored horizontally on laths. During all the maturing period, the wine acquires organoleptic characteristics, some aroma disappearing, some uprising.

The Vignerons de Saint Pey-Génissac are today positioned as the one of the best producers of crémant de Bordeaux.

Contraction of lux (light) and Lucius (a Roman dignitary who coined money), Luccios refers to the Roman gold currency found in the vines used to produce the crémant. The winegrowers’s know-how to elaborate cremants of Bordeaux for more than 30 years and the exceptional soil of the vineyard situated at the confluence of the Garonne and the Dordogne give Luccios a unique and elegant character.
